The role:

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales staff by example
  • Coach, inspire and motivate the sales team
  • Implement training solutions and strategies which grow sales
  • Have a good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to relevant management

Key qualities:

  • Solution/IT selling background
  • Supervisory or managerial experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales track record
  • Hardworking, personable and friendly
